Piaget Emperador Coussin Tourbillon Automatique Extra-plat

Puisant ses qualités à la fois dans le calibre Piaget 600P – mouvement tourbillon de forme à remontage manuel le plus plat du monde – et dans le calibre Piaget 1208P – mouvement automatique le plus plat du monde doté d’un micro-rotor – le calibre 1270P, premier mouvement tourbillon automatique extra-plat de Piaget et ses 5.55 mm de hauteur, offre des innovations tant techniques qu’esthétiques.

Signature de la Haute Horlogerie véritable, le mouvement 1270P de forme coussin s’abrite dans un boîtier de forme identique.
A l’instar de tous les nouveaux mouvements à complications de la Manufacture de Haute Horlogerie Piaget, ce concentré de technologies et d’innovations prend place dans un généreux boîtier Emperador de forme coussin en or rose ou gris 18 carats.
Il affiche 46,5 mm de diamètre et une étanchéité jusqu’à 3ATM (environ 30 mètres). Le fond plein du boîtier, gravé du blason Piaget et de la mention du calibre 1270P, s’ouvre sur deux ouvertures : l’une pour l’indication de la réserve de marche, l’autre pour admirer le fond de la cage du tourbillon.

Drawing upon the qualities of both Piaget Calibre 600P – the world’s thinnest hand-wound tourbillon movement – and Piaget Calibre 1208P – the world’s thinnest self-winding movement equipped with a micro-rotor – Calibre 1270P, Piaget’s first ultra-thin self-winding tourbillon movement measuring just 5.55 mm thick, offers a combination of technical and aesthetic innovations.
The cushion-shaped 1270P movement is the epitome of authentic fine watchmaking, housed within an identically shaped case.
Like all the new complicated movements from the Manufacture de Haute Horlogerie Piaget, this concentrated blend of technologies and innovations is housed within a generously sized cushion-shaped Emperador case in 18-carat pink or white gold, measuring 46.5 mm in diameter and water-resistant to 3ATM (approximately 30 metres).
The solid case-back, engraved with the Piaget coat-of-arms and the Calibre 1270P reference, features two openings: one for the power-reserve indication, and the other to provide a view of the tourbillon carriage.
