To place an order, please send an Email to alpina@horlogerie-suisse.com with your name, forename, valid Email address (no hotmail or yahoo accounts), postal address and telephone number. Should the delivery address differ from the invoice address, kindly mention it in your Email.
You may inform us of your favourite piece number(s) (1-50) and we will confirm your choice depending on availabilities.
You will receive a confirmation Email, together with an invoice including the charged delivery fees.

Deliveries outside of Switzerland are exclusively operated by Fedex. Costs amount to CHF 100.- for Europe and CHF 130.- outside Europe. For Switzerland, the regular postal fees apply.
Upon reception of the invoice, we kindly invite you to proceed with the payment of the due amount by bank transfer (kindly send a copy of the transfer order to (alpina@horlogerie-suisse.com) or Paypal (see point 3b of the GSC).
Upon reception of your payment, the dispatch and delivery delay will be confirmed to you by Email.
