DB28 Skybridge

D’inspiration classique par sa forme ronde, sa couronne à 12h et son dos savonnette emprunté aux montres de gousset, le boîtier ultra léger en titane poli miroir de la DB28 muni de ses berceaux mobiles affirme pourtant le caractère moderne et futuriste de la collection.
Eminente référence aux plus célèbres pendules du XVIIIe siècle, ce ciel étoilé en titane poli miroir et bleui tient sa puissance et sa beauté de sa forme concave et de ses multiples décors exécutés à la main dans les ateliers de L’Auberson.
La lecture des phases de Lune sphérique est accentuée par un pont en forme de flèche qui semble indiquer l’infini.
Deux aiguilles d’acier bleui à la flamme et poli miroir, scandent avec délicatesse une constellation qu’un tour des minutes argenté souligne à fleur.
Au coeur de l’immensité, se juchent de multiples étoiles d’or gris et de diamant.
Surmontés d’index des heures telles de fines billes en suspension, ces éclats scintillants donnent à la voûte céleste toute sa profondeur éternelle.

While classically inspired in terms of its round shape, its 12 o’clock crown and its hunter-type back borrowed from pocket watches, the ultra-light mirror-polished titanium case of the DB28 with its distinctive floating lugs nonetheless proclaim the collection’s modern and indeed futuristic nature.
An eminent reference to the famous 18th century clocks, this star-studded sky in mirror-polished and blued titanium derives its power and beauty from its concave shape and its multiple decorations crafted in the company workshops in the village of L’Auberson.
The spherical moon-phase display is accentuated by an arrow-shaped bridge that appears to be pointing towards infinity.
Two flame-blued and mirror-polished steel hands gracefully sweep across a constellation delicately highlighted by a minute circle.
The heart of this immensity is sprinkled with white gold and diamond stars.
Topped with hour-markers resembling tiny suspended spheres, these sparkling splendours lend a sense of timeless depth to the celestial canopy.

DB16 Régulateur Tourbillon

L’architecture contemporaine du calibre DB2509 se construit autour d’un tourbillon 30” en silicium et titane, battant a 36 000 A/h, l’un des plus rapides et le plus léger de l’horlogerie, dont les 64 composants ne pèsent que 0,18g.
Une prouesse technique qui contraste fortement avec le mécanisme de la seconde sautante formé d’une double ancre à quatre palettes pour orchestrer deux roues en or rythmant le temps avec noblesse.
Ce mouvement est également équipé d’un indicateur de puissance, de l’indication des secondes et d’un indicateur rétrograde de l’âge de la Lune qui facilite la mise à date précise du jour de la Lune.
Un chef-d’oeuvre, qui, dissimulé au verso de la montre, surprend les amateurs à la recherche de subtilité. Si bien qu’à la faveur d’un cadran à la sobriété classique, la lecture du quantième perpétuel et des phases de lune est sublimée par le guillochage argenté propre à la Manufacture.

The contemporary architecture of DB2509 calibre is built around a 30” tourbillon in silicon and titanium, beating at a rate of 36,000 vph, one of the fastest and lightest in the watch industry, comprising 64 parts weighing a total 0.18 grams.
This technical feat creates a strong contrast with the jumping seconds mechanism composed of a twin lever with four pallets driving two gold wheels marking off time with an unmistakable air of distinction. This movement is also equipped with a power indicator, a seconds indication, and a retrograde moon-phase indicator that facilitates setting the moon to the exact date.
Hidden on the back of the watch, this masterpiece surprises devotees of subtlety by leaving room for a classically understated dial on which the perpetual calendar and moon-phase displays are enhanced by the Manufacture’s characteristic silver-toned guilloché pattern.
