Cat’s Eye

Fidèle aux courbes sensuelles et à la silhouette ovale Cat’s Eye, son boîtier façonné en or accueille un cadran délicatement ouvragé en nacre blanche ou noire aux reflets subtils et irisés. Illuminée par un halo, la date apparaît clairement dans un guichet à 3 heures. Discrète, la petite seconde court à 9 heures, soulignée par un rayonnement sobrement tracé sur le cadran. Détails scintillants égrenant les heures, chaque index est une pierre précieuse sertie, et chaque chiffre est un fil d’or modelé, découpé puis poli à la main avant d’être rivé sur le cadran.
En cohérence avec sa longue tradition, la Manufacture Girard-Perregaux a doté ce modèle d’un mouvement mécanique, le calibre GP3300, à la fiabilité éprouvée et dont le raffinement se dévoile à travers le fond saphir.

Staying faithful to the Cat’s Eye’s sensual curves and oval form, its gold case houses an intricately worked dial in white or black mother of pearl, off which subtle, iridescent reflections glance. Illuminated by a halo, the date is clearly displayed in a window at 3 o’clock. The discreet small second is situated at 9 o’clock and enhanced by a radiating ray motif delicately traced on the dial. Each of the sparkling hour indexes is a precious, set stone, with numerals sculpted in gold wire cut and hand-polished before being riveted to the dial.
Continuing its long tradition, the Girard-Perregaux Manufacture has equipped this model with the GP3300, a mechanical movement renowned for its reliability and whose refined character can be appreciated through the sapphire case-back.

Girard-Perregaux 1966 Quantième Perpetuel

Mécanique ultra complexe, le calendrier perpétuel indique la date, le jour et le mois en prenant en considération les mois de longueur différente du calendrier grégorien, y compris durant les années bissextiles. Sa « mémoire mécanique » correspond ainsi à une période de 1461 jours, soit quatre ans.
Concentré de technique horlogère, le calibre GP033Q0 à remontage automatique nécessite la combinaison de 288 composants. A highly complex mechanism, the perpetual calendar indicates the date, day and month, taking into account the different lengths of the months in the Gregorian calendar, including leap years. Its "mechanical memory" therefore counts 1461 days, or four years.
A superb example of technical watchmaking, the self-winding calibre GP033Q0 comprises 288 separate components. In a further touch of sophistication, the calibre features the Manufacture's exclusive Microvar variable inertia balance, which can be seen through the watch's transparent case-back. This exceptional calibre is housed in an elegant 40-millimetre case.

GIRARD-PERREGAUX 1966 CHRONOGRAPHE

Les lignes pures de son boîtier de 40 millimètres masquent une conception et une réalisation sophistiquées. Son galbe et ses cornes ont été étudiés avec attention pour une adaptation idéale au poignet.
Conçu dans les ateliers de la Manufacture, il fait l’objet de minutieuses finitions qui révèlent pleinement l’éclat de la matière précieuse, or rose ou or blanc. Pour parfaire le design intemporel de cette montre, Girard-Perregaux a fait le choix d’un chronographe traditionnel avec un compteur 30 minutes et l’aiguille des secondes au centre.

L’affichage des fonctions offre un équilibre parfait et facilite la lisibilité, tandis qu’une échelle tachymétrique parcourant la limite externe du cadran renforce le caractère du modèle. Son mouvement à chronographe à roue à colonnes, développé et réalisé au sein de la Manufacture, est composé de 304 éléments.

The clean lines of its 40-millimetre case disguise a sophisticated design and production process. Its curvature and lugs have been carefully fashioned to sit perfectly on the wrist. Designed in the Manufacture's workshops, it has undergone meticulous finishing operations to reveal the brilliance of the precious material - either pink gold or white gold. In order to perfect the timeless design of this watch, Girard-Perregaux opted for a traditional chronograph with a 30-minute counter and central second hand.

The easy-to-read function displays create a perfect balance, while the tachometric scale running around the edge of the dial reinforces the model's character.
Developed and produced within the Manufacture, its column-wheel chronograph movement comprises 304 components.

Girard-Perregaux 1966 Petite Seconde Palladium

Tout comme le boîtier, le mouvement est réalisé par la Manufacture. Il intègre la date et la petite seconde, qui s’affichent respectivement à 3 et 9 heures. Le fond saphir permet de contempler le mécanisme à remontage automatique, qui oscille au rythme de 28 800 alternances par heure.
