Manero ChronoPerpetual
Pour tous les adeptes de ce chef d’oeuvre traditionnel de l’art horloger, Carl F. Bucherer présente le nouveau Manero ChronoPerpetual. Ses capacités sont néanmoins loin de se limiter au quantième perpétuel qui ne nécessite aucune correction avec un affichage de la date à 12 heures, du jour de la semaine à 6 heures, du mois et de l’année bissextile à 9 heures et de la phase de lune à 3 heures.
Le module fonctionnel spécialement conçu pour Carl F. Bucherer comporte également un chronographe précis avec la célèbre fonction flyback. Une échelle tachymétrique vient compléter la gamme de fonctions pratiques si chère à Carl F. Bucherer.
Un mouvement de manufacture Vaucher, à la décoration contemporaine dans le plus pur style de la marque horlogère lucernoise, constitue une base exclusive.

For all lovers of this traditional masterpiece of the watchmaker’s art, Carl F. Bucherer presents the new Manero ChronoPerpetual. Its capacities are however by no means limited to the perpetual calendar with correction-free display of the date at 12 o’clock, the day of the week at 6 o’clock, the month and leap year at 9 o’clock and the moon phase at 3 o’clock.
The functional module which has been specially developed for Carl F. Bucherer also features a precise chronograph with the popular flyback function. A tachymeter scale completes the range of practical functions so typical for Carl F. Bucherer.
A Manufacture movement from Vaucher, with contemporary decoration in the distinctive style of the Lucerne watch brand, forms an exclusive basis.

Patravi EvoTec PowerReserve
Pour enclencher la grande date, les constructeurs de Carl F. Bucherer ont créé un distributeur rotatif intégré dans la bague correspondante qui permet lors du passage du 31ème au 1er jour du mois, que seul le disque des dizaines continue de tourner tandis que le disque des unités ne bouge pas.
La Patravi EvoTec PowerReserve est équipée à la fois du calibre de manufacture et de ce mécanisme. Carl F. Bucherer lui a toutefois ajouté une nouvelle forme d’affichage de réserve de marche.
Une petite aiguille rouge est placée sur le râteau qui s’enclenche par un mécanisme différentiel. Cette aiguille avance à travers l’ouverture du cadran qui se tend en courbe souple entre les index des heures pour 2 et 4 heures.
Une fois la montre remontée, l’aiguille, telle la scène d’un amphithéâtre, se déplace sur l’échelle configurée vers «High» («élévé»), alors que moins la montre est remontée, plus l’aiguille se déplace vers «Low» («faible»).
Pour représenter encore plus clairement l’énergie restante dans le barillet, le râteau est blanc, mais la partie située au-dessous est d’un rouge en harmonie parfaite avec la marque Carl F. Bucherer. Au fur et à mesure que la réserve d’énergie diminue, l’aiguille du râteau se déplace vers le bas et la partie rouge s’agrandit en conséquence.
Cela permet de voir immédiatement lorsque la montre dispose de peu d’autonomie de marche.
To change the big date, the Carl F. Bucherer design engineers incorporated a moveable finger on the date-change ring, which makes it possible, when changing the date from the 31st to the 1st of the following month, to change only the disk with the 10s while that controlling the units stays still.
The Patravi EvoTec PowerReserve features both the Manufacture caliber and this mechanism, and Carl F. Bucherer rounds these off with a new type of power reserve indication.
A small red hand sits on the rack that is powered by means of a differential mechanism. It traces a gentle curve beneath an opening in the dial between the 2 o’clock and 4 o’clock index marks. When the watch is wound up, the hand moves across the scale, designed like the stage of an amphitheater, towards “High”, and as the watch winds down, it moves back towards “Low”.
To indicate more clearly the power remaining in the barrel, the rack is coated in white, while the underlying surface is in a Carl F. Bucherer red that contrasts perfectly. As the power reserve runs down, the rack with its hand moves down and the area of visible red surface increases correspondingly. It is therefore immediately clear when the watch has little power left in the power reserve.
The frame of the power reserve indication is colored silver, the perfect aesthetic complement to the big date and small seconds hand. The date is prominently positioned in the upper left quadrant of the dial and is generously proportioned, even for a big date.
The likewise conspicuously designed small seconds hand at 6 o’clock cleverly echoes the shape of the case, while the day of the week display at 9 o’clock rounds off the calendar display.
